Today I remembered to title this...

Yesterday I forgot, and the internet ate my entry.

:(

Wayhlll... I send my dragon anthology entry in a few days ago. Not sure if it will do good, I think I could have rearranged it to add more surprise at the end, but I'm not sure it would have been believeable, then. The change might have been too sudden.

If it doesn't make it, I may try the rearranging.

I had this story in the closet, so to speak, for years, but I never did anything with it because I thought that it was too long and perhaps too violent for youth, too moral for secular magazines, and too secular for Christian magazines. But if it is rejected, I will try to find another home for it.

I'm still not tired of watching Beyblade... In fact, I'm enjoying it even more. It may be for a young audience, but it has a running plot, and it's kind of fun to watch.

I've written nearly 200 (handwritten) pages of my fantasy novel. I'm not writing it all in order. Right now I'm working on the boys' plots. I'll do the rest of the other two races' storylines later.

I've edited my GateWay S-F story again. I just need to read it over again and then I can send it in again. It was surprisingly hard to do. I think I'm just running out of steam on that story.

Noble Theme entries are still in the gears, waiting for a little more feedback. And time is tiiiicking down...

Tokyopop has a contest for people to vote on the most favorite comic entry. You can view them on their website. It's kinda cool. I've already picked the one I'll probably vote for, although I've only read through, or read through part of, about half the entries. I'll probably pick one of the first I read because it was all noble-self-sacrifice, which makes my eyes feel teary.

I wrote a story like that once involving time travel. I was probably about sixteen or seventeen when I wrote it. I was dejected when it got rejected by a magazine or so.

I think it needed more work, but the germ was what I loved. Not sure if it was original...

Maybe I'll find it again someday, and do something with it.

Did I ever mention the time I wrote a series of essays with a parallel universe where the North and South formed two seperate countries? (It was just the basis of a buddy tale.) Anyhow, in 12th grade, I entered it in a short story contest, and it won an honorable mention! Yay! But the 'prize' was that I got to spend money to order a book of the winning entries. :(

I got annoyed and didn't. Now I wish I had it because I don't know where a copy of my story is anymore.

In other (boring) news, my jaw hurts today, and I don't know why. I didn't chew gum or talk a lot today, so... who knows why? My mom said, "Take some vitamin c," but she says that about a lot of things.

I did it, anyway. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. And less tired, soon!
