Mom out of hospital, etc.

My mom was in the hospital for two days (or most of two day), getting her heart checked out. She's okay and everything, but it was hard.

I had to cook, (I do that a lot anyway, or I feel like I do). But mostly I just felt kind of sad, after I got over feeling irritated that she wasn't here. (Selfishly.) It was weird. Everything seemed different.

I'm writing a desert-themed story about a girl, sort of post-apoc, and sort of desert-fox-like. I wrote chapter three and now I feel stuck. Doesn't mean I am, just have to sort of get myself into the right mood. Anyway, the problem with that is that I've let my brother and my mother read it as I finished each chapter, so I don't really feel like I can wait a few weeks until I'm ready to write it again. Maybe I'll just have to crank it out.

We shall see...

In other news, I recently joined the CAA (Christian Anime Alliance) and I think it's great!!
